How to Use

  • Adults: 2 drops in 100 ml lukewarm water for immunity and detox support.
  • For skin: Mix 2–3 drops with Lusha Chia Seed Oil and apply to the face for glow, fairness, and blemish control.
  • For wounds/cuts: Dilute with Lusha Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply lightly for faster healing and scar prevention.
  • As a tea alternative: Add 1–2 drops to warm water or milk, or blend with Lusha Ginger and Cinnamon Oil for an anti-inflammatory tonic.

Culinary Use

  • Adds earthy, golden flavor to curries, teas, and warm milk (haldi doodh).
  • Traditionally used in golden milk and Ayurvedic remedies for immunity.
